JAGUAR WR-FR is a special machine for precise milling, facing & cutting of automotive muffler tube ends. The machining process is carried out by a system of two milling spindles places on the opposite ends of the horizontal workspace. Both spindles are fitted with an air blow system giving the capability of removing excess leftover material (swarfs, chips, dirt) after finishing the machining process.

The machining sequence is completed in two steps. First the right side of the muffler is milled or faced, then the worktable is moved and the left side is machined. The worktable is fitted with special clamping assembly dedicated for a specific workpiece geometry. A modular frame of the worktable assures easy changeover and adjustment for new geometries.
