MACHINE SPINDLE SERVICE

WRAZIDŁO Sp. z o.o. is equipped with a professional spindle servicing station for complete repairs and refurbishments of spindles and electrospindles of all kinds of machining centres from different manufacturers (KESSLER, WEISS, GMN, OKUMA and others). Our professional approach is assured by our experienced servicing staff. Thanks to our extensive experience, as well as the wide range of tools and machines at our disposal we are able to carry out the complete process of spindle repair which includes:

• initial assesment,

• spindle disassembly,

• analysis of the spindle’s condition,

• cost assessment of the repair/refurbishment service,

• measuring process,

• repair and machining of damaged components or replacement with new elements,

• replacement of sealings and gaskets,

• balancing,

• re-assembly,

• tests and mechanical control (vibration analysis, tool clamping force measurements, encoder adjustments),

• run-in process.

After the completion of the servicing process all spindles go through a precise quality control and testing with the use of specialized, state of the art purpose-built analytical equipment. The customer receives a complete service report including all measurement results. Should there be such wish it is also possible to present a detailed service report describing each step of the process.
